Reflexology Workshop for Sleep Disturbance
Reflexology has been proven to reduce cortisol levels in the body. Cortisol is one of the main stress hormones produced by the adrenal glands. During an insomnia reflexology treatment, I use a sequence of vertical reflexology (VRT) moves to relax and calm and to help promote easier and more restful sleep. I also teach my clients a ‘vertical reflexology hand routine’ and provide a supporting handout so that they can treat themselves, to help improve their sleep.
Entry requirements;
These workshops are for those qualified in reflexology - the course you attended must have had at least 25+ case studies completed in order to ensure you have enough basic knowledge.
